Ted is a non-executive director of InterFinancial Corporate Finance Limited, a Brisbane-based corporate advisor, and chairman of City of Brisbane Investment Corporation Pty Ltd., He is highly experienced in commercial lending and investment banking and property management and development. Ted has also been a director or consultant to entities in industrial equipment distribution, property investment and development, mezzanine property lending, food production and a public offer superannuation fund. With qualifications in Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland, Ted’s professional affiliations are Fellow of the CPA’s, Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Financial Services Institute of Australasia respectively, and is admitted as a solicitor in Queensland.

Andrew Rodgers

Andrew is an experienced non-executive Director, Advisory Board, and Committee member with a 25+ years’ experience across a number of industries in the public (listed and unlisted), private (including private equity) and not for profit sectors in Australia and overseas. He has held positions of CEO, CFO, and COO over the past 20+ years, with his expertise extending to working in listed companies on the NYSE, AIM and ASX (including ASX 100) boards in senior executive or C-Suite roles.

Dr Peter Mason

Peter has been the CEO of CUFA Ltd for the last twelve years and in that time has redefined and developed its international program portfolio across the Asia Pacific region. CUFA’s programs focus on economic development of underserved and disadvantaged communities.  Peter also sits on a number of financial institutional boards including TCF Community Finance as well as a Teachers Savings and Loan Society in PNG.  Peter serves on Swinburne University Course Advisory Committee as well as Habitat for Humanity Australia’s International Programme Advisory Committee. Peter’s research interests include examining the way in which the social and the economic interact within the development environment and he has recently published a chapter, Credit Unions in Routledge’s Alternative Organisations
